Not sure of the oldest version. I installed on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S8.
Nothing in the docs gives the minimum version. I lightly looked in the Vbulletin forum for an answer.

Bob,

I installed it on my Android 10 OnePlus 6T, and it seems to work pretty well. No major bugs that I could find.

What is the oldest Android version that it supports?

Anyone else?

Excellent, Bob!

I’ll charge up one of my Android phones and test it out.

Would love some feedback on the Android Mobile Client before we but it in the Google play store. You may download the beta version at https://vcfed.org/forum/android/VCFedForum.apk<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__vcfed.org_forum_android_VCFedForum.apk&d=DwQFaQ&c=euGZstcaTDllvimEN8b7jXrwqOf-v5A_CdpgnVfiiMM&r=8dPIUvw9-myVWB4n8Unrrw&m=h6M32CHZKflJPUrb8u8bG_uhMa7M40sCHEpRinLRmak&s=LuwMETVJy9aDHky6oE2iOjBh2137NLaxsZv2H_J30RI&e=>.

I welcome your feedback!

There are relatively few options in building the client:

I chose the default colors and fonts.
Aubrey (who designed the winning T-Shirt Design) resized the logos.
I did insert the advertising engine. The board will decide what if any ads are displayed.
I did not enable the push notification option. The app installs with no special permissions.

The IOS Client will follow shortly. It is a bit more of a process, and if your I-device is not jailbroken, it can only be installed via the Apple store.
