[vcf-midatlantic] Lend VCF Commodore 1702 monitors for TV show

In business the customer is always right, they have the right also to
cancel or change their minds. How it is.  Perhaps what might have been good
was to ask "are you sure that's what you want" next time, or get them to
sign a phased contract before you start the work.  Phase I - do X, Phase
II, do Y, etc.
