I agree this is an issue, and the low resolution of the NHS nomination 
documents don't help much.

However, if you take a close look at building 9010, you will note the 
sections are labeled "D", "C", "B". and "A".  The VCF museum space is in 
9010A.

The other three H buildings follow the same format, with the "D" section 
closest to Monmouth Boulevard.
