I use a GOTEK with the Flash Floppy software with mine. There is some menu software you can load on the GoTek that lets you browse a collection of diskette images and then boot the ST from the floppy image.
It is an old GoTek. Not sure if the menu software works with the new GoTek as they use a different chip.  If you need a donation to buy one let me know.
