[vcf-midatlantic] 3000 square feet of consignment space at VCF East 2021 !!!

This year we have about 3000 square feet of space for consignment!

This is a welcome improvement over the past when consignment rooms were
cramped.

Alex Jacocks is leading the consignment room and is making a plan for
rotating volunteers and a more pleasant experience.
