Oh yeah one more thing
Look at the resale prices of a used Nintendo/system versus a PlayStation!
A PlayStation boxes are a dime a dozen!
Nintendo system is fetch for more money for a used system.

The NES blew everything out of the water in the USA and brought games back with high quality product. I will never forget rebooting the NES over and over listening to the Gyromite opening theme. It had drum noises and everything. Compared to the ColecoVision. Atari 5200 (Atari 8bit), Atari 8bit computers and even Tandy 3-voice it was just so good. And Mario Bros cart seemed to pack so much data in there, it wasn't just two screens like Smurf Rescue in Gargamels Castle on ColecoV. Then the hidden warp zones! When I discovered some of those I was blown away, I thought I found a sloppy bug in the software but the developers did it on purpose and left a prize for me for discovering it! Duck Hunt looked so good, and was funny.
