[vcf-midatlantic] slot 2 xeons

A quick search on Vogons - pentium 3s are generally fully locked
multipliers - can't go up or down.
Xeons though could have their multipliers reduced. Engineering samples of
p3 of course can do all sorts of things.
I'm not sure if you can put a slot 1 CPU on a slot 2 board. Bios support
at least would be required.
