In the business settings you and I are used to (I was a network SE) this makes perfect sense.
Reduces the questions during diagnostics. Saving a few dollars when cost of loss during
diagnostics is penny wise, pound foolish.
For my home I'm don't mind some experimenting. But I do need to keep my CFO happy. ;-)
