Brian,

Are the tapes metal or plastic?

Are The reels metal or plastic?

Do the reels have IBM hubs or notches around the inside of the hubs.

Are they program tapes, and if so from what system?

If they have data were they written on 7 or 9 track drives?

Bill Dromgoole and I have been working on the Univac 1540 Magnetic Tape 
Unit at VCF.

Could be an adventure sometime down the road.

You might be able to post the pictures on the VCF Face Book page.
