[vcf-midatlantic] Museum 3b1

I finally remember to create a page describing the image on the 3b1.
For people demoing it gives information on what I think was useful for
doing demos. If anybody know of more interesting stuff to put on I
can. The man page stuff described in the manual isn't yet in the museum
image.
