“You” Is the person that I sent the email to, which was Ian.

I carbon copied the group because somebody out there may have one also.

Positive responses are always welcomed.

And as for the issue this is the reason why I need a schematic diagram, to fix the issue. 

I am capable of servicing the monitor if I have the proper schematic Diagram.

I know there are many people in the group here that service monitors and could point me in the right direction for a schematic diagram.

A web search (done previously) of the model number and manufacturer (BTC) I did not produce any positive results.
