[vcf-midatlantic] Help me to understand this ebay auction

I honestly don’t know if you’re being sarcastic or if you’re truly asking to,
“help understand this auction.”
But as most auctions go on eBay;
they sell items that don’t work, “not tested”,
And broken, these items are absolutely useless in most cases.
The seller wants to get the most money for the items.
I can only assume that eBay has no way of weeding out these lowlife characters, selling absolute garbage.
I could go on using expletives but I will refrain from doing that here.
