[vcf-midatlantic] Help me to understand this ebay auction

I think I am going to place a bid.  It seems expensive but I trust this guy
that if the price is what it is, it must be a good deal.  I hope I am doing
the right thing.  The last time I bought an ENIAC computer it turned out
not to be an ENIAC.  What a waste of $700 plus $2000 shipping.
