[vcf-midatlantic] Prop rentals, another way VCF raises money

So VCF just rented out a NeXT computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse to a TV
show fo Apple TV+. The show will be called Ripple Effects. It is still in
production, but you can see some info about the show here:

Our computer will appear in a scene with another NeXT computer.
