[vcf-midatlantic] Oregon Trail

[Duane Craps]

Back during the Oregon Trail anniversary. People were talking about 
running DOS to run it. I assembled a source I found with QB64 (a 
hobbyist Quick Basic clone).

Seems to run OK. I'm not into text games so I have not thoroughly 
checked it out.
