[vcf-midatlantic] Identifying C64 motherboards

I'd check completed/sold listings on Ebay, watching for those that say they
are or appear to be a specific board number.
Formally motherboards are little more complicated than Rev A, B, C. They
are valued by their part numbers:
*250425*
*250466*
*etc.*
