Something like this?  Sure, it may not have the pricing part down, but it has the technical aspects covered pretty solidly.
I don't recall seeing a Rev. A sell by itself to know how much it goes for.  I do know that silver labels with Rev. A or B tend to fetch upwards of $200 on ebay these days.
