[vcf-midatlantic] Identifying C64 motherboards

This is why I am saying use the motherboard revisions to know which C64 you
have.  There are too many boards and variations to simplify into  Rev A and
rev B etc ... and there is no consensus.  It's not accurate to rely on
exterior characteristics like the color of the logo, number of holes for
the video port, etc.
