[vcf-midatlantic] Needed SD card solutions for museum

Jeff,

It looks like the HXC folks are actively working to remove bugs from their
software, for H89s:

The guy who runs the project, also named Jeff, is very responsive, and is
very helpful in any debugging that needs to be done. The software supports
both Gotek drives and the dedicated high-quality HXC units:
