Well, my post is less about a map but more about an "is anybody interested in X, Y, or Z who is down here?"
That being said, with a map it's really a matter of "I'm in the X neighborhood... near major streets J and Q... or in zipcode 90210" People can give as much or as little info as they want for whatever the purpose is. It was probably just one of these points-on-google-maps type thing. You don't have to give your real name, you don't have to give your exact location, heck, you can even give a fake location 5 miles from where you actually are... that's all up to you.
Mainly I'm just trying to find some like minded local folks.
