  ISA Bernoulli controllers are pretty common.  I'm sure I have a few
but I don't know that I could find them quickly enough to be useful
here.  But they hit eBay with some frequency.  You'll need the DOS
driver for that board too.

  This is assuming it was used on an x86 box.

  These were very popular back in the day; this stuff should be pretty
easy to find.
