It's still available.  It *may* be that the RAM was the issue, Lloyd
and I upgraded the PC that the motherboard was installed from Win 8 to
Win 10.  Afterwards, the PC kept freezing up and eventually we gave up
trying to find the cause, eliminating everything else, and we put in a
different motherboard.  Maybe someone else will have better luck.

A non-technical reply....I was able to determine the cause of the
failure, which card was bad, but I did not yet fix the actual problem,
I ran out of time.  Assuming no other problems arise it should be
fixable in an afternoon.  I have a replacement board
