I see 180" 16:9 screens on Amazon for under $100 which are close to the 
dimensions you are looking for but these are wall mount. Dimensions are 
156.8" x 88.2". It doesn't come with a frame, just hooks to mount to the 
wall. But you could build a frame for it and attach using the grommet holes 
in the fabric. There are more expensive options with a stand frame but not 
sure how sturdy they would be and if this is for permanent wall mounting it 
might be better to build your own frame.  Would that work?

would think something like this material would be a better viewing screen 
than something self made. Largest rollup screen I have dealt with was a 
120" and over time the rollup mechanism failed.
