[vcf-midatlantic] OT (In support of VCF East in the main 9032 room)

I am not quite sure what is going on that far out for me, if I can make it
I will try to but not sure yet.
Also regarding the projection screens, unfortunately the ones I have down
in storage in Norfolk are 4:3 ratio not 16:9.
