[vcf-midatlantic] Quad boxes galore! New electrical in 9032-A.

What is especially exciting is this was a financial collaboration
between VCF National and VCF MA and not only brings good power to VCF
East but will allow MA to (potentially) return to using the space for
VCF MA Workshops and, COVID permitting, maybe even start offering
indoor swap meets.
