[vcf-midatlantic] Quad boxes galore! New electrical in 9032-A.

Ooh, this is good news indeed.  It’ll be nice to not have to have extension cords dragged all down the row and daisy-chained from the handful of less-terrible outlets!


(That said I’ll still bring plenty of cords and whatnot.)
