[vcf-midatlantic] OT / Change of Plans

[Martin Flynn]

InfoAge has rented out the planned work locations (9032A, 9001 Dining 
Room, and the lounge) on the 30th.

Unless something changes, we will be defering the outside fiber work, , 
rack deployment, and WIFI install  in 9032A until after Christmas due to 
other scheduling conflicts.
