And I suspect this wasn’t intentional spam on the part of Bruce so much as that’s where he stopped playing the video after watching the content, so that’s where the time marker was when copying and pasting. :-)

That’s a goof I’ve made dozens of times (still marginally better than attaching all the tracking gunk that’s at the end of the line, which I have ALSO done loads of times). No harm, no foul.
