[vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2022 Dates

I like the sound of this.  

In the era of the outdoor tents for presentations, I was not a fan of the March and April dates as I frequently got too cold out there, or had a hard time hearing the speakers on windy days.  Now that we have the newer indoor spaces I think these dates work great.

>Hotel rates are lower than the Shore Season.
This past weekend cost me more per-day than staying in Silicon Valley for VCFW, so this sounds good to me.

The college kids won't have to worry about finals yet, so that's good.  Gotta think of our next generation of enthusiasts.
