That's definitely a reason to shift, just for on-site simplicity, not
just the other (external) reasons.

I was looking forward to the original dates because I have a different
event on the weekend of 22-24 April, Penguicon, an Open Source
convention in Detroit MI.  I am probably the only person who would
likely attend both, so it's not much of an actual date conflict for
VCF East.

I agree with the other observation that March/April dates were less
comfortable when we had the tent.  The newer indoor space makes that a
non-issue now.
