[vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2021 wrap-up

It was easily the best VCF East for all the reasons Jeff stated. Kudos to
him for his unfailing dedication to helping produce and run this festival.
And my personal thanks to Adam for his invaluable help in organizing World
of IBM, and infinite thanks to all who participated and made it what it
was. Special shout out to Ian and all the others who tirelessly worked on
smoking machines during the show.
