[vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2022 Dates

OK. It was decided that we would go with the date change to April 22, 23,
24.
Sorry for those that can't make it! :(

Herb also pointed out to me privately some potential conflicts with some
hamfests, but they haven't scheduled their shows yet. So the best I can do
in that area is give them a heads up to our show and hope that they chose a
different date.
