Bill,
I haven't brought the power supply up yet, but it's got your typical crazy high 1702A voltages.
I pulled the control board and have been going through it, it looks to have a fair bit of similarity to the Intel MP7-03 1702A programming card for the MCS-4/MCS-8 families.
