[vcf-midatlantic] The TI Mini I rescued

OK folks, looks like we have some critical mass here so

Let me run this past the Steering Committee before we
burn too much attention and manpower on the idea.
Its all about priorities of course.

In the mean time, I'll just take a look over the
warehouse closer and check in with Kelly
and add this to my active Museum and Warehouse projects.
