[vcf-midatlantic] OT: Netflix studios coming to former Army base in Monmouth NJ

My crystal ball sees property value increases.

Who knows, they may rent out the site for films, which will bring in
some much needed cash flow.

I say this is a good thing. Except for me because I can't move there
now because it will be too expensive.
