[vcf-midatlantic] OT: Recommendations for Hotels in InfoAge area

Unless we can guarantee a minimum volume, most hotels will not offer a
“convention discount” unless we subsidize the cost if the minimum is not
met.

As well, prices fluctuate very frequently these days, based on many factors
besides season, and potentially making any price estimates inaccurate.

Making a list of costs for hotels would be a very time-intensive process
for Jeff.
Therefore, the  lesson is that one needs to take the recommendations on
face value and make some phone call to see what is available/affordable.
