[vcf-midatlantic] Repair Workshop Signup - Feb 26 & 27, 2022

We're going to strap PDP-8 systems by chains to the ankles of the Workshop
attendees at the main gate. The first one to drag theirs to the CDL
building in a running sprint gets the first table pick. 🙂
