[vcf-midatlantic] Can someone diagnose a Vic20 Saturday morning?

I will be manning a table at the Swapmeet Saturday until 2PM, so I won't be
able to focus my full attention on your VIC-20 until I get back to the
Workshop. If you want to stop by my table in the 9032A building, I might be
able to do a quick check of the system. I will have my VIC-20 diagnostic
cartridge on hand.

I did learn recently, much to my amazement, that a "black screen" VIC-20
that appears to have measurable logic activity, could still have a bad 6502
CPU. I witnessed this myself after swapping one out in a VIC-20 recently
and it fired up just fine.
