[vcf-midatlantic] Can someone diagnose a Vic20 Saturday morning?

Thank you Jeff. I will also be at the repair workshop Sunday morning, so we can look at it then if it is more convenient.
I did try replacing the 6502 and one of the 6522s but it had no effect.
