[vcf-midatlantic] Add-on card edge fingers for mock S-100 boards

As Mike suggested, just use proper prototyping boards. The difference in cost is minimal, especially if you troll eBay and such looking for NOS/lightly used Vector boards. They will also hold up a *lot* better than a homebrew solution.

If there aren't any for reasonable money available right now, email me directly and I'll dig one up for you!
