[vcf-midatlantic] Add-on card edge fingers for mock S-100 boards

TIL that the S in S-100 stands for Standard. Thanks, Herb!

I guess it could be worse, I'm still blown away that the RS in RS-232
stands for Recommended Standard... from 1960!
