[vcf-midatlantic] OpenVMS 6.2 DNS Support

I'm sorry to send a message to the VCF Group.

When I send it to VAXman at tmesis.org, I get a bounce back.

I was told there is no "$ TCPIP SHOW VERSION" as this is UCX.
