[vcf-midatlantic] ISO 5.25" Floppy Disk Notcher Availability

Kids these days.  Back when I was a wee nerd, we didn't use 'notchers'.  We
used exacto knives.

Uphill.  Both ways.

(fr srs though, cutting it by hand with an xacto works fine)
