[vcf-midatlantic] Apple II+ keyswitches

    I tried DeOxit on them, which worked on the other nonfunctioning keys, but 
not these. After reading some accounts by other users, perhaps I didn't wait 
long enough for them to dry out. I'll try again, and use some compressed air 
afterward.
