I have to agree a sign in the parking lot showing the buildings and the building numbers (if it’s not already there and I have to admit I didn’t notice) Indicating the events in those buildings would be very helpful.

Scottie and I really enjoyed it. The only thing I bought was a RAM upgrade for my PC, but that's more a reflection of having too much stuff at home already.
I understand that most of the action happened at 8, but we're more casual buyers. We arrived around 10-10:30 and stayed until about 1. If it closed at 12, we probably wouldn't have made the 45 minute trip. Sorry, but Saturday AM sleep is a higher priority 😊. You might consider shifting the whole time window forward 2 hours (10-4 instead of 8-2) if possible.
It wasn't clear where to go upon arrival since there was a lot of activity near the gate. We went that way, which took us to the "free stuff" room, then the food room, and finally the "real" swap rooms. This was probably backwards from what was intended, so I think a sign in the parking lot directing VCF people to the main entrance would have been good.
It was crowded. Maybe we could spread out more by using the "free stuff" room for paid vendors also.
