[vcf-midatlantic] Need volunteers for VCF East

I'm looking for volunteers for VCF East for planning before the show, setup
before the show, during the show and breakdown after the show. Please
e-mail if you would like to be a volunteer.

Some possible areas for volunteer:

PLANNING
CONSIGNMENT
A/V
FRONT DESK
SETUP BEFORE THE SHOW
BREAK DOWN AFTER THE SHOW

To have some idea of what is needed day by day:

PLANNING: starting months before the show until the show setup.
There is a checklist of more than 50 items which are too numerous to list
here.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20 (SETUP)
- Moving tables, chairs to the room for the talks
- Clearing the rooms for exhibits
- Setting up tables for exhibitors
- Moving swag to front desk
- Setting up signs outside
- Setting up signs inside

THURSDAY, APRIL 21 (SETUP)
- Finish setting up tables, chairs, stage
- Putting tablecloths on tables, and signs
- Finish putting up outdoor signs
- Moving swag to the front lobby area
- Moving surplus from the warehouse to consignment

FRIDAY, APRIL 22
- A/V operators
- Consignment volunteers
- Food Sales
- Front Desk volunteers

SATURDAY, APRIL 23
- A/V operators
- Consignment volunteers
- Food Sales
- Front Desk volunteers

SUNDAY, APRIL 24
- A/V operators
- Consignment volunteers
- Food Sales
- Front Desk volunteers
- Breakdown after the show.
