[vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2022 - Pre Event Survey

VCF has paid for the Advantage plan from Survey Monkey to collect feedback
from members.  Rick Lewis our newest volunteer with considerable work
experience with survey creation, has created a survey for VCF East 2022.

Please fill out this brief survey to help us to create better events for

survey that will help us plan our events.

Keep in mind that we are learning as we go along so our surveys will get
better as we get more experience with what to ask.
