[vcf-midatlantic] S-100 linear power supplies

Most of them are beer can sized for the +8 rail, and quite expensive new! That's why we spent a fair bit of time reforming them and testing performance.

You could stock a pretty decent set for the *board* power supplies, those are mostly axial caps, smallish values, and radial tantalums.
