[vcf-midatlantic] Help shipping ASR-33 from Allentown

Make absolutely sure that the printing unit is screwed down.
Otherwise you will end up with a shattered plastic cover.
The printing unit "floats" in normal operation. Also, have
the shipper remove the H-Plate and put it in an envelope
or something so that it does not get lost.

For an ASR-33, your best bet is to remove the unit from its stand and ship the two parts separately.
