[vcf-midatlantic] Help shipping ASR-33 from Allentown

I have to admit that I cannot understand these sellers on eBay,
 they know they have to ship the item,
 shouldn't they have figured this out in advance?
I certainly would not buy the item unless I knew how it was going to be delivered to me  safely!
